I just received a call from this number saying they were from Central Processing Group. There is supposedly an order to show cause regarding a restraining order. They gave a caset number to give to my attorney. Within 48 hrs, either me or my attorney must contact this number. They don't answer when you call. What a stupid call!! I know in order to file a lawsuit I would have to be served. Don't fall for this illegal call. I will report this to the attorney general in my state. Make sure you do the same.....

Call was received on my parents' home phone for my ex husband's first ex wife. WTF?! It was an automated message stating what everyone else has said: - This is a civil investigations unit, complaint being filed against you, pursuant - Claim/Affidavit #XXXX-XXXX - Named respondant in court action and must appear - You must call 803-393-4089 - The order to show cause contains a restraining order - You and your attorney will have 24-48 hours to oppose this matter - Thank you and good luck I called the # 3 times back to back and got these results: 1. Pressed 2: "your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later" 2. Pressed 0: "your call cannot be transferred at this time, please try again later" 3. Pressed nothing: "your call cannot be transferred at this time, please try again later" I would definitely urge people not to stress/panic right off the bat after getting this call. If you really need to go to court for some reason someone will physically come to your door and serve you with papers.

Same as everyone else on here.... received a voice message with the exact same thing as every one else....Best way to handle it is to contact the credit card company and verify if they sold off your account or not and if so to who. I learned this after contacting the local Lawyer that handles this type of situation...David Larson here in Colorado.

I am a lawyer and was immediately suspicious about this ridiculous message. They were so vague it sounded like they were saying someone was putting restraining order on me. They surely said that I was being named in a lawsuit. This is so ridiculous. You can't be named in a lawsuit like that and be told to have your lawyer call my lawyer. What a nuisance and fraud.

Caller called stating message was for (my son) who hasn't lived with me for 40 years. Said he had 24-48 hours to get an attorney and call this number. Must say it put me in a real tizzy until I discovered it was a scam. I called my son, he did research and called me back and told me NOT to call. Why don't people as smart as this to dream up such a scheme use their intelligence to do some good for the world instead of frightening old ladies.

You or your attorney have 24-48 hours to oppose this matter." When I called the number I got a message that said I had reached the offices of Central Processing Group. Could not get any further than a menu listing options, including, "pending legal matters." I have an attorney friend who told me this is a scam.

I received a call a few minutes ago stating that there was a lawsuit filed against me and they gave me a Case # and the phone number 803-393-4089 and then said I could hold on to be connected. I held on and went through the prompts and then the final message was my call could not be taken and I would have to call back. So, after reading the other posts, I am going to assume that this is not valid.

I received a message on my house phone/answering machine saying that NAME OF CLIENT was respondent in a case and would need to appear in court. Client had 24-48 hours to contact attorney regarding this matter. I called 803-393-4089 and picked my option from the 3 given. I did not give out my name, but gave the operator the claim # and the NAME OF CLIENT that was given in the phone message left on my answering machine. I told the operator that there was 3 people with that name and did he have a date of birth to go with it. He provided that DOB and I told the operator that the client in question was DECEASED -- over a year ago. The operator then told me that he would remove my name from the calling list. An hour later the same operator called the client's parents who are in their 80's! Why couldn't they just say there was an outstanding debt owed and with to whom the debt originated. I hate that they use these tactics.

Received a message at my office with the same message with a case number referring to a restraining order, and must contact them within 24-48 hours with a voice recording. Called the number back and no answer, just saying to call back later and hung up.

I just received this call today, tried calling it back & was told by a computer that u could not be helped at this time. This is not a phone call that I want to get. I sure hope its a scam

These people called and left a message for Two of my friends, threatening them about a restraining order and threatening jail time. Stated that they had to appear in court or they would have them picked up by the county.; They did not state what company they are from, but something needs to be done asap about them. I called the number and it has been disconnected.

This number called my house, saying my husband was in an civil investigation lawsuit against him, he need to contact his attorney.. He had 48 hours to show cause, or had a bench warrant for his arrest. This people need to be stop!!!

well well.. i just got a call telling me a restraining order is put out against me to get an attorney.. i was a bill collector for years and i know the FDCPA will frown upon this type of tactic....and the best part is i owe no money they did not state a name of who they were looking for when leaving this obsurb threat on my voice mail..i am going to seek legal advice and see how many violations they have in place already and add a few more..

Got same voice mail as everyone who wrote above. They won't give an address. But I will try again. Totally pissed and I want to sue them for harassment.

I received a call stating that i was facing an asset restraining order and that there was pending legal action and that I was to call the 803 393 4089 number and then they cited a case number which was incomprehensible. I called the 803 number and asked for further information and then was told that neither my name nor my phone number showed up in their files but that I would be receiving a subpoena as to the matter" and that they could not help me further. During the call I went online and found this site which I quoted to the person on the other end and he said then that there was no lawsuit but that there could be legal action and that i would be hearing more. I have sent the information to the Atty General in my state as well as the Consumer Protection Dept.

Called my 85 yr old Dad in another state, and caused him to lose sleep and worry all night...they have done this before!!!!

This number has called my house twice already. And I just got a hold of them they said they were from a police station and they had a middle eastern accent. And were very rude. The best thing to do is just BLOCK THE NUMBER.

I received a machine operated phone call from 803-393-4089 on January 23, 2013 08:45 am stating my name and how there was a lawsuit against me. It also informed me to contact my attorney within 24-48 hrs & provided a claim number. If I did not respond within the time frame, there was an order to show cause with restraining order. The machine operated phone call gave me the option of speaking with someone by pressing 2, as I pressed 2 it said �This operation cannot be completed at this time.� I have tried several times to call back and try to get ahold of someone but it keeps on saying �This operation cannot be completed at this time.� I am very distraught in regards to this phone call. I hope that legal matters are taken upon the holder of this phone number 803-393-4089.

When my wife called them they were very rude and demanding that she make payment arrangements with their collections department. When my wife tried to ask for more information that customer representative was very rude and told her to shut up and listen that she had lied and they had it recorded. My wife then proceeded to hang up and the immediately called back and stated "Thank you for hanging up the sheriffs department had been notified and were on their way to pick me up. When I came home from work and called them, they stated that I refused payment arrangements and that they were taking me court. When I asked for copies of the information because this was from seven years ago they stated that they had to contact their client for that information and that couldn't be obtained right now. I told them I was never notified of any of this and this supposed transaction was over seven years ago. They want me to pay over $600 dollars and informed me that was court costs, attorney fees and the original debt. They refused to send me any copies so I can dispute this action or acknowledge that this is really debt.

Like the others before me, this call was alarming until I felt it had to be a scam. I do not owe any back balances nor have I. I have no idea why they would do this and not take a call back if they are looking for money. Nor did they respond when they called me. Sick joke, sick people.

Why would a South Carolina company be calling people in Calif??? my son in law has never lived anywhere but California, so that is anotherr reason I think this is a total scam!

These people have been calling me for over a year, I can never get anyone on the phone! They throw around a bunch of legal terms in the wrong context to try to scare you. They even left a message saying there was someone on my block coming to serve me unless I called, needless to say no one showed up! I am going to send them a cease and desist letter as well as file a complaint with the attorney general.

A voice message was left on my phone about an affidavit # and "Order to Show Cause" case. I called the 803-393-4089 number but it said "it cannot receive this call at this time..." I wonder if this is a phone scam as well. I will call T-Mobile so I don't get charged a "toll call" by these freaking a-hole scamers!

Recieved a call left on my machine from 803-393-4089 on 1/28/13 @ 11:18am and on 1/31/13 @ 11:09am stating "You have been named a respondent in a court action and must appear. called and said that my husband's ex-wife had run up 1700.00 in credit card's through well's fargo bank...and they where going to sue him for the money...he gave them his credit card number, scared they would take his pay-check and garnish it. i advised him not to give his information to them until he had the correct documatation's from this aleged company....had to cancil bank card's...a few phone call's i found out they were scam artist....now i've called the f.b.i, and turned them in.....called the f.b.i in washinton, 202-514-2000. in case there is someone else these folk's are trying to hussle.....returned and called this company and said i hope someone tries to steal his mother's money like they tried to steal our's.......

Got the same call with the same info. as everyone else and calling back I receive the same info. call back later... First off when I got the first call I ignored because the name they used I haven't use for 30 yrs. so I knew they had the wrong info. they called again to day with the same b***s***... I just blocked their number where they can't call again at all... I will be calling the Attorney General's office and file a complaint.... Central Procesing Group- Called and finally got an answer and the man that answered was rude and talked in words that no business person would use..Threatening me and telling me a judge would take care of me. Would not give me a name. Hung up on me. Please someone let me know if this is real? i recieved this call and they told me i had a restraining orfer against me and i need call an attorney in the next 24 hours and call back at this number and give them money to avoid this restraining order. So when i tried to call this number back there was no answer and then i called the sherrif of my county and he called them back and the man stated that his name was "dial tone" and some bogus information that made no sence.

Lovely. I am a judicial assistant. They called the wrong person this time. Would not give me an address. Someone needs to report these people to the South Carolina Attorney General's office (person who answered phone said they were in South Carolina). He said this sounded like a scam.

Exact same thing. Someone has filed a restraining order against me and I have 24 to 48 hrs to respond. Now I have to spend the next 10 days calling in favors to peoe who can find out who is behind this. By the time I am done... They are going to have to put a restraini g order on me.

Recieved call from 803-393-4089 and was told that legal action and restraining order would be in place if i did'nt contact my attorney 24-48hrs. Called the 803 # and all i got was music and or saying the call could not be completed at this time. No matter what time I called.. And besides ,I filed for chapter 13 seven monthes ago. Attorney pulled my credit report and filed on everyone. He told me not to worry about it. And besides, they have to get a court order here in Michigan, and being in a chapter 13 , we will take them to court for trying to collect what ever on someone under brakruptsy laws protection. It is a SCAM-do not pay anything.

Left a message for someone who I do not know on my answering machine late Friday afternoon treatening freezing assets and bank accounts saying have 48 hours to contact them or have attorney contact them, Called back to find out who they were looking for and message came on the nobody could take the call and said call back lager. My daughter has received this message twice. She owes no one anything but the company she is purchasing her automobile from and it is drafted from her account each month. That is all she owes. To anyone! I have read over several of these postings and many state what was left on our answering machine word for word. This is very scary for her and when we called the number, no one was available to answer on option 1, 2 or 3. I hope these frauds get the same type of treatment. It is disrespectful and aggravating! Should I even go so far as stating H**L is too good for them!

This number was left on my answer machine looking for someone that is a relative. They called the person by name and sais this was a civil investigation and something about a restraining order...etc.... This person just called me-- I explained that I did not give out information over the phone and he told me irately that he would keep calling!!! I am assuming this is a collection agency by looking at the other posts on here. The call was for my husband ex-wife. He and I have been married for 19 years but because she kept his name when they divorced, we had a lot of calls for her in the past. But nothing in the past 15 years, up until now. The call said there was a restraining order put on her and to call the number... knowing his ex... we weren't surprised but we have no contact with her and no desire to have any.

Received a message from them. First time I called, I got the same msg that they could not process the call at that time. They had mentioned suing, restraining order etc, so I was scared and tried again later. Got a live person on the phone that time. The call was actually for my son-in-law, who has NEVER lived here. When I told the man that, he said I needed to get this info to my son in law immediatley, as this was a very serious matter. The man I was talking to didn't speak very well, he didn't sound at all professional. I think it is some sort of scam to get info from people. I received the same called this morning stating all of the above about freezing my accounts and me having 48 hours to settle the matter myself or through an attorney. They're stating I have an account that I open after I was married however the account is using my maiden name plus the name is spelt wrong. This company needs to be sued!!!!!

This company is calling my 93 yr old mother in law threatening to sue her over some complaint. Not sure what they want but they are looking for another family member.

Someone from this number called me to notify me of a civil action being taken against me, saying I need to appear in court and that I have a restraining order being taken against me. They gave me a case number, but after several calls and attempting every "option" in the phone system, every reply has been that the option is not available at this time. I have never been in legal trouble, have never missed paying a single bill, and have never been in a situation where a restraining order could possibly be placed against me. Same Phone call. They did give me the name of a company that I owed. They said that I need to get ahold of my attorney and tell him about this call. I had never used or had a credit card that they said I owed. They said I would receive information from they in a few days. Definately a scam to get money. I did order a credit report and the supposed creditor was not on the list.

This company/number called me and my mom as well..how they got my moms number I have no idea...They have also called from other numbers..they are a total scam as I see it now..But it gets aggravating receiving these messages over n over..Im just ignoring it but its starting to get on my nerves..I owe no debts!..all of mines are taken care of. Have received 2 calls telling me that I'm being sued. When I call back is just a recording and can't get a person to talk to.

I received a phone call yesterday with the same threatening message about a lawsuit. I tried calling the number back and the line was always "occupied". This is the second time these scammers tried to hit me because I remember getting a call last year, except a woman by the name of Elaine Jackson left a message saying she was from Bank of America, and that this person by the name of John Patterson was a defendant in a civil case. What I don't understand is how they got my number when it is unlisted! I will surely report this to my Florida Attorney General and will try contacting them to let them know they've been busted!

I received a message from 809-393-4089 stating that my ex-husband has a case in the Civil Investigation Unit; they left a claim number and this phone number to contact the within 24-48 hours. Also, they mention a restraining order. I called today but there is a recording stating to contact them later.

They called harrassing stating a claim was being filed against me and said I had to respond within 24 hours with my attorney. They have also been calling harassing my relatives as well. If this is a scam they need to be put under the jail for lying and harassing people.

This company(?) called threatening something about a civil investigation w/ a pending "restraining order" against me, that I would have respond within 24 hrs., etc. They also told me to contact my lawyer, left a reference # & call back #. I personally called back but got nothing but a VM, I also called our lawyer bcause I was frantic. After further discussing w/ my husband that evening we realized this was most likely a scam. I used to work w/ victims who needed R.O.'s so I know proper procedures for such things & the fact that there was no lawyer or legal firm @ this phone number made me very suspicious. Wow, the low levels that some collection companies will go to intimidate & get people's money! Absolutely DESPICABLE!

Do not get worried or upset over these calls. This is a scam. We recieved this call today- restraining order, being sued, case number, civil lawsuit, ect. It sounds like they are phishing for your Social Security #. The worst thing about these crooks is they get our senior citizens worried for no reason at all.

Recieved a call at 4:30 pm about a civil matter with a restraining order. and was given a number of a complaint . I returned the call and the guy told me that i needed to pay that night i told i would not but the next day he called and bullying me into paying with a lesser amount would send receipt for the money i gave him and i never recieved it or the paperwork. now another company is trying to get the same amount of money

Gave this number to call within 24 hours re a restraining order. I tried to call back but messages told me to call back later, twice called. After reading the other posts I am going to ignore them.

Similar to other calls a voice message was left threatening jail time, arrest, seizure of bank accounts and when I tried to return the call I could not make a connection. I tried several times later and finally reached someone who refused to give me his name and refused to take my name and phone number off his call list. I am absolutely not the person he is looking for but unfortunately I have a very common name and this has happened in the past. In each of those cases I was able to supply enough identification to get my name removed from the debt collection list. I have excellent credit with no outstanding debts. It also happens that for the past ten years I lived abroad and have only returned to the US this past year, at which time I applied for and was given an FHA loan to purchase a home. so I also know it can be nothing from the past ten years that they are calling about. But when I attempted to provide information to this effect, I was harassed, cussed at, threatened with imminent arrest and then called again several times and subjected to even more vile language. Can nothing be done about this beyond complaining to a website?

I received the same exact message as others have stated. At first, I was alarmed (especially since I didn't get the message until after the 48 hour deadline). After reading the other posts, I am a little more relieved to know it is a scam, because I know I don't owe anyone money. I just bought a house and during the process my credit report was pulled many, many times. If something was on there, the mortgage company would have let me know.

Received a call today saying that a civil action was being filed against by daughter (they used her maiden name). Upon checking we found this website and the information that many others had received similar calls.

I got this for today on 1/31/13 at about 145pm and it stated that I was named in a sue and that I have 24hrs to forward to my attorney I tried calling back to get information and no one picks up it goes into a recorders message saying please try again later.

I just received a call from this number saying they were from a civil interest unit there was an order to show cause regarding a restraining order. They gave unit number to give to my attorney withing 48 hr and I or my attorney must contact this number within 48 hours. They it said Good Luck. What a stupid call!! I know in order to file a lawsuit I would have to be served. Don't fall for this illegal call. I will report this to the attorney general in my state

I have received 2 voicemail messages in the last 2 day explaining that i was involved in a civil suit, they gave me a case number and at the end of the call said something about a restraining order. I called back and got someone and they only asked for my name and told me that i owed a credit card company (that i have never done buisness with) over $2500. When i asked them what soc sec number they had on file they told me that they didn't have one and i did not give them one either. I ran my credit report that night and then called the credit card company the next day. Neither of them came up with any proof that i have ever had that account that they were threatening to sue me for. I just got off the phone with an attorney and he said that it is a scam. They have no information and they leave threatening phone calls for a civil suit and if it was ligit, you would not get a phone call like that. I would recommend to anyone not to give them any info and report the call the the Attorney General to file a complaint.

I just got same call as everyone elce. After looking at and reading lots of post i started looking at the FREE PHONE NUMBER TRACE.I put in 803-393-4089 and found the TRACE is not FREE there is a charge of 95 cents. Some folks with out thinking pay to try and find more info about the phone number. Well by paying there 95 cents they have giveing up a credit card number. that maybe the scam there. 95 cents doesnt seem like much but if people give up card info how much could that add up too. DONT TRY TO TRACE PHONE NUMBER. thats just my thoughts.

Same as everyone else. Tried to call them back and got "this option can not be completed at this time." Gonna report to the attorney general, but apparently, for now at least, it won't do much good if they're terrorizing so many people, and nobody is stopping them. I wonder how many people they have ripped off or caused to have a heart attack for nothing?

Received a call from 803-393-4089 for an Elaine Green (no one by that name here) stating respondent in claim filed & there is a contract number & need to call within 24-48 hours or have attorney call. Also that there was an order to show cause with restraining order. As stated above, there is no one by the name Elaine Green residing at this number & we do not appreciate such fraudulent calls to our home number. This was a recorded message that was left on answering machine.

Voice mesage was left stating that there was a lawsuit against me and they left me a an affidavit number _ _ _ _ - _ _ _ _ and the phone number of 803 393-4089, Central Processing Group. I know that I pay all my bills on time and have excellent credit so I called the number and all I got was a recording that gave me 3 options. I pressed for option 2 and was told that I couldn't be connected at this time. I'm sure it's a scam and I'm on hold right now with the investigative division of my state's Consumer Affairs Agency.

I recently started receiving calls from 803-393-4089. Further, my parents who in a different state have received the same calls. Essentially, the pre-recorded message threatens freezing my financial assets, a pending lawsuit, and 48 hours to respond.

I told them I would call them back to resolve the matter once documentation was received and they hung up on me. I then called Check n Go (the original vendor to whom I owe money) and they said that ACCESS RECOVERY is the collection agency that recovers on their behalf and they have no idea who CPG is. If you have an account that is past due with Check n Go and you are in a position to resolve the matter, call Access Recovery at 877-454-4603. This CPG company is a SCAM using scare tactics to get you to pay them. They are so funny and so convincing and almost had me but I know better - I'm a paralegal.

Called the number and chose option 1, spoke with a black male who insisted she call within 48 hours. Gave no info. She owes no outstanding bills. Thankful for this site. I was worried, now I am mad. I received the same type of call as everyone else...said I was being sued, case number, restraining order etc. The first time I called I was not able to get through, said option not available. The next time I called I spoke to a very rude person who stated that I owed over 900.00 to Alamo car rental back from 2007. I did have an issue with Alamo in1996 and it was resolved years ago! This is a complete scam, give no information to them. I will be contacting my Attorney General to see what can be done.

Received a call early one morning. Caller rattled off a list of numbers and said I should contact my attorney.They mentioned my son's name and something about a restraining order! I only had time to write down the phone number. When I tried over two days to call the number given, I was told that "this operation could not be completed at this time."

This organization using the number 803-393-4089 has been harrassing me and claiming that they have sued for something??? I owe nobody anything, but they keep calling. I managed to get someone to answer the phone on their end, and told them to stop the calls. If this continues I will attempt to find the guilty parties and sue the pants off them if I am successful in finding said crooks.

This company called and was calling us regarding a court hearing for our ex-daughter in law who abandoned our grandchildren and has been neglectful and abusive to the children and us. She has used our phone number on numerous things. Now we got this call. They said they want her to respond. They said and order to show cause and indicating a restraining order. The ex-daughter in law has used our number to create an issue. This isn't the only call that we have received for her. This company wouldn't let us know when the dates these things were used to identify how soon she has used our number. I want the calls to stop.

This company just called me saying they were seizing my assets and putting a restraining order on me for a debt from 2006 that I wasn't even aware of. They are trying to get $600 out of me when the debt was only $60. They are threatening to take my car and freeze everything. I do not work I am disabled and I should only be paying the original debt of $60. They are threatening me and my husband.

Automated voice gives some file#, which a real attorney or investigations unit would either show up at your door or send a certified letter, then say there is a restraining order being filed against me (LOL--the only entity would be my local grocery store as I spend too much time around them!!) and that I should forward to my attorney (like most hardworking folks have an attorney sitting by the phone--gees). I knew it was a scam right off...I sure hope people are not duped by them and realize that if legal action is being brought against you, this is NOT the way it would be handled.

Received a message from this number stating I was a respondent in a litigation regarding a restraining order. When I called the number back I was directed to "Litigations" where I was told I took out a MasterCard in 2008, ran up a debt and never paid it. Now he states they are going to subpoena me and I will have to prove in court that I don't owe them $6923.00!!!!! This whole thing is a huge scam trying to get scare people in to paying money they don't owe in fear of being sued. I ran my credit report though, through all 3 agencies today, to double check that my identity hadn't been stolen. The debt doesn't exist. If I hear from this 'company' again, they can rest assured I will retain the services of an attorney.

They left a message saying I was a respondant in a case. I called back after several tries got an answer. I was told I owed for Swans Grocery and I owed 200.00 for a bill in 2006 with their collections 500.00. I then called Swans and their collection agency in fear someone may have frauded an old bank account beings I have not had a checking account in over 8 years. They told me there was nothing of record in my name. The spooky part is these scammers had my driver license number and social on file. I am going further with this to protect myself. Ruined my day added stress.

I not only received a message on my answering machine, but my sister in another state was called and told to contact me regarding this issue! When I called the number, I was informed several times (after pressing option 2) that this option is not available at this time. I then pressed option 1 and was transferred to a live human being. To make a long story short, he had NO current information about me (he recited my address from 25 years ago) and asked me to give him the first five numbers of my social security number. Needless to say, I did not do so, and after listening to him ramble on about connecting me with a legal person so I could resolve whatever I am allegedly being sued for, I informed him that I am knowledgeable about scams and that what he is doing is, in fact, a scam. Truthfully, I didn't stay on the line afterwards, but as I was putting down the phone I heard the man say, "Uh..."

Received a call from this number stating that there is a restraining order against me (untrue) and that my attorney needed to contact this number. When you call the number and press the required option you get an automated greeting stating unable to process your call at this time try again later. This appears to be some sort of scam and I'm not sure what they desired outcome for them is!

This number called me and left a voicemail on my cell-phone. It was claiming that I have a civil suit against me and that I need to appear in court. Knowing there are a lot of legal scams I called them back and the automated system would not send me to anybody. So I looked up and this seems to be a common scam!

This is apparently a collection agency which falsely tires to scare folks into thinking that they are being sued. They are violating federal and state law. They will not voluntarily reveal their true identity, because they are afraid of being prosecuted and/or sued. Do not tolerate their abusive tactics. Report them to your attorney general, Department of Consumer Affairs, and your own attorney. Give them no information over the phone! Pay them nothing! They cannot restrain your bank account, seize your assets, or do anything else without going to court first, and they probably won't do that. If they did sue, your claim against them for their abuses and legal violations would probably be a lot more than anything that they could recover from you. Don't let these people scare you!

I have the same complaint as the others. This is the 2nd message left on my machine. A company name was not given so I searched on the internet to see who was calling. I also received an docket number and the importance of contacting them withing 24-48 hours. I think I'll keep the message on my machine if anyone wants it. From what I'm reading it appears that they are auto-dialing. I live in the west and do not travel. So let's get these guys to stop and answer for their false accusations.

Call was made to a company asking for someone who does not (and never did) work for us.

This company (no individual's name) left a voice mail message for my married daughter on our home phone. She hasn't lived here for over 3 years. Message said she had a court case pending -- restraining order of all things -- and left a court action number. Repeated calls identified the company as Central Processing Group, and nobody has been available to take my call each time. I hope somebody finds them and puts them away! :(

This group is a SCAM!!!! They do not have any legal information on said person that they call. DO NOT give ANY information to them if you can get thru. They will say they have a restraining order on you or your bank/assets are freezed, to contact an attorney. DO NOT listen to them. i received a call from 8033934089 two and half weeks ago saying i owed a company money from 2006 and when i asked for this debit to be validated by a signed contract i was hung up on. after calling numerous times about this i was told they will freeze my account, take my home and car. i would be in court for 1 week with this and end up paying over 70 thousand dollars.

These crazy folks called my ex-husband and his wife to try to find me. I'm very findable. I've got a drivers license, my phone number and address are easily found, I receive Social Security Retirment so can be found through Social Security, etc., etc. They embarrassed me and now I'm mad to be reading all this stuff about them. I am just furious! They must be closing their eyes and stabbing a phone book and just calling anyone and everyone with my same last name. SHAME ON THEM!! My rule. If the phone number that pops up on your phone isn't one in your address book and you don't recognize it, don't answer. If it's important enough, they'll leave a message.

I have attempted to call this number many, many, many times to obtain detailed information and the recording always states that I must try again later. I am a single mother of three children and receive no child support. I hold my own and take care of my responsibilites. I have no idea what this was regarding and I sincerely take the stress of this phone call to heart, as we live on very little. Please consider this complaint to be extremely valid. Thank you!
